What is a performance management system?

It is a well thought out methodology to help every employee in organization perform to his/her full potential. Different individual have different capability. A good PMS should focus on harnessing and enriching and individual.

Three major items will shape up effectiveness of your PMS:

  • Clearly defined role, responsibility and performance expectation.
  • Communicating the above.
  • Honest assessment/measurement and Recognition.
